Vlada Galan

Vlada Galan is a globally respected geopolitical strategist and advisor to Heads of State. She is renowned for her expertise in high-stakes election campaigns, crisis management, Track II diplomacy, international lobbying, and sanctions policy. With a strategic footprint spanning five continents, she has played a pivotal role in shaping political outcomes and advancing multilateral agendas in over a dozen countries, including Austria, Azerbaijan, Colombia, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Mexico, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

As President and Chair of the International Ukrainian Crisis Fund, Vlada leads critical efforts to support Ukraine on the global stage. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Captis Intelligence, contributing her geopolitical insight to the fields of intelligence and security.

Vlada’s career includes senior roles at premier public affairs firms in Washington, D.C., including Mercury Public Affairs and Actum. She went on to co-found BGD Legal and Consulting, a cross-border law and consulting firm with offices in the United States specializing in international legal strategy and government affairs.

Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, Vlada holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia State University and a Master of Liberal Arts in International Relations from Harvard University. A sought-after voice on global political issues, she has appeared on CNN, Fox News, Newsmax, and other major news networks. In August 2023, the Government of Ukraine awarded Vlada a medal in recognition of her exceptional service and advocacy for her home country of Ukraine.
